   •    Tags and original packaging are still attached
   •    It is not a custom, made-to-order, or clearance item

Exchanges depend on available stock. If unavailable, we’ll offer a refund.

   •    Items returned in poor or used condition

   3.    Package the item safely and return via tracked post

   •    You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect
   •    For faulty items, we’ll provide a free return label
